畢業於多摩美術大學油畫科，主修當代藝術。
1998–2008 創立設計公司 Furi Furi Company，日本
2010–2011 女子美術大學 講師，東京，日本
2011–至今 創立 OKOSAMA-STAR 株式會社，日本
2012 崑山科技大學 客座教授，台南，台灣
Graduated from Tama Art University in Japan with a degree in oil painting, majoring in contemporary art.

▌創作自述 Artist Statement
“程亮介在過去以獨創藝術家和IP作家的身份工作，與NIKE、Nintendo、Bandai、SEGA、SANRIO等公司合作，將當代藝術帶入生活。 在角色設計、插畫、動畫等領域都擁有傑出的表現，個人藝術創作融合了傳統和街頭文化，靈活運用性格塑造技巧，創造許多令人驚艷的作品。”
“TEI has worked as a solo artist and IP writer in the past, collaborating with companies such as NIKE, Nintendo, Bandai, SEGA, SANRIO, etc., bringing contemporary art into modern life. TEI’s artworks integrate tradition and street culture, and he flexibly uses character-shaping skills to create many amazing pieces. His outstanding performance has also appeared in the fields of character design, illustration, animation, and so on.”
